Alexa Mader is inactive and can no longer roleplay.
Portrayer's note: Okay, I really enjoyed roleplaying Alexa, don't get me wrong there. However, she just got repetitive and boring as of lately and she's not developed the slightest. I don't have any plans for her and she was just there. Her personality was super fun to portray, though.
Andrea Mader (mom), Richard Mader (dad), Savanna Mader (little sister)
The first thing you notice about Alexa is her wild hair. It's naturally wavy and volumized and she likes to let it flow down. She tends to wear darker colors rather than brighter ones and is more elegant than bold. She's not too tall so she usually wears heels or wedges.
Despite being forced by her parents to mingle with others her age, having conversation isn't second nature for her. Sure Alexa's really friendly and quirky, but sometimes she lets her opinions slip and her emotions get the best of her. She sometimes means well, but snarky and sarcastic remarks can find a way into conversation. She tries to cover them up, of course, but if she really feels strongly about them, she'll argue until she wins. This stems from her mother being a lawyer and hearing her practice her arguments. She can be rebellious to her parents and teachers because of this and no matter what anybody does, she refuses to be "proper" or what they would expect from her because of her background.
Alexa was born to a privileged family with her mother being a designer and her father being the owner of a fancy restaurant. She was never close with either of her parents; both going out every other night and leaving her alone in the house. At first, Alexa was scared that something might happen while they were gone and they wouldn't even miss her. She soon grew tired of waiting eagerly for them every night and decided to carry on without any help from them.
While all of this was happening, her mother became pregnant with a girl when Alexa was 4. Her parents decided to let her name it because she'd always wanted a sibling, so Alexa named her Savanna. She expected to be extremely close with Savanna, but growing up, they were as far as the moon and the sun. This greatly bothered her and she even tried to connect with her sister, to no avail.
At school, she was the social outcast. People talked behind her back saying that she was too clumsy to be rich or too weird. Her parents finally came around to listen to her complain about this and swore to stay home more. This seemed like the greatest idea, until she found out what her parents were really gonna do: instead of going to dinner parties every other night, they would host dinner parties and ask the guests to bring their kids for Alexa to make friends with. Alexa found this as an opportunity to perform social experiments every time another kid shows up. She would put on different demeanors for every person she was forced to meet and wrote down their reactions. She finally discovered that being totally fake and mainstream was key to appealing to others. Being the person she is, Alexa did the total opposite and embraced all her flaws.
When high school started, Alexa decided to focus more on her studies than her social life, although she makes an effort from time to time. Recently, Alexa has gotten more and more serious about her schoolwork, aiming to be one of the top students in her class.
Andrea Mader: Alexa and her mother weren't too close. They were total opposites: Alexa is strong and opinionated while her mother was gracious and careful. Their relationship isn't as close as any of them hoped, but they care for each other.
Richard Mader Alexa's father was even less of a parental figure than her mother, always out at dinner parties or at work. He often spoiled her, but out of pity instead of love. They do care for each other, however, but they don't interact too much.
Savanna Mader: Savanna's more of a housemate than a sister. She and Alexa rarely talk and when they do, it's to ask if one can borrow something.
Reanne Britt: Reanne and Alexa met on the street one day, and Alexa really enjoyed their conversation. They seem to have the same opinion on many subjects and the same outlook towards them.
Alexa wants to study criminal law in college and attend Lebeaux University.
She's tried straightening her hair but doesn't like the look or the feeling.
She's double jointed, so she can bend her thumb all the way back.
Alexa's only ever broken a bone once when she was fighting with a boy and fell on her arm in kindergarten.
Alexa can play the piano quite well and do ballet.
I was thinking of making her for a really long time now. I was starting to miss Jen and was thinking of bringing her back, but I was really conflicted and decided that she was better off inactive. I wanted the character not to be a Jen 2.0, so I tweaked the personality and found a face claim.
