Cait is a very petite young lady, as she only is 5 feet and 4 inches tall. She has black hair that she usually let's stay in it's naturally curly state unless she decides to straighten. She has blue-grey eyes that stand out against her already pale complexion. Cait used to wear a lot of girly and conservative clothes like jumpers with flower patterns and sundresses and skirts, but now she mainly wears thrift store clothes that she buys. Most of those clothes are white or black because those are her favorite colors to wear.
Cait oozes tranquility and ease everywhere she goes. She's really mellow and happy, and that can be therapeutic for herself and others at time. She's just a little chirpy at times, but that doesn't come out as much as it used to. She's the girl who you can go to just to talk about anything. Although she's made more than a few mistakes, she's the best one to go to for anything. She's far from judgmental and she usually doesn't let much bother her. Cait is simply amazing.
Cait was born in Miduna Beach to a pastor father and an environmentalist mother. Both her parents were very religious, so she was raised in an extremely religious Christian household. She was so carefree and content with everything she did in her life, and it was so... perfect and pristine to her.
Up until about 10th grade, her parents tried to keep her very sheltered and gave her little to no freedom to do as she pleased. She was quite oblivious and childlike and although she was pretty well-liked for my chipper and overly happy personality, no one really took her seriously.
So, her father lost his job after he was caught swindling money from the church. He went into a drunken depression, and he took most of his anger out on her mother. He turned his attention to her after a while and started beating Cait too. She wanted everything to go back to the way it was. So she let him. I prayed to God every night, in hopes that He'd fix everything.
Cait met Nora during this timeframe as well. She told my mother all about her, to try to ease the tension in their home, but all it did was cause things to get worse. Her dad was still very much Christian, and when he caught wind that she was friends with a lesbian, he beat her even worse than he ever had in the past that night. That was the last time Cait had ever seen him or her mother as she ran away afterwards.
To block out all the pain and anguish she was feeling, Cait decided that doing all the things that she never did because her parents always kept her sheltered would make her feel better. She partied, drank, smoke, experimented with girls, constantly moved in and out of apartments and hotels with strangers, and just had a wild time trying to make the pain go away. Nora caught onto this and tried to help, but she ignored her at that time.
At a party, she met Victor Santiago. He was a Mexican drug dealer, but Cait didn't find that out until later. Victor was really sweet and kind and charismatic. He seemed like an average guy who just looked like a street thug. That wasn't exactly the case. She kinda fell for him and the aura he gave off, and they started dating.
After a few weeks of the sweet romance, he dropped the bomb that he sold drugs. Because Cait was so infatuated with him, she said that she didn't care and she wanted to do it with him if that was going to keep them together. So she did. Cait distributed drugs, went on missions, and was practically a gang member but not exactly. She was mainly a secret weapon they used against rival gangs.
She did this happily, but then Victor told her that if she wanted to keep this going, she had to seal their 'relationship'. She didn't want to have sex, and he was angry. Really angry. He told her all about how he put everything on the line for their relationship and she was stupid because she didn't want to do something that simple. He tried to rape her, but she fought back. She knocked him unconscious and escaped.
She went to the only place that she thought that she would be safe in, which was the boardinghouse in Blackwood Mountain where Nora stayed. She kinda started over there and she's been there ever since, but the story isn't quite over yet.
So there's another guy. His name was Phegan. He wasn't as bad as Victor for the most part. He was just really forceful. He was the lucky guy to steal Cait's virginity. She was so infatuated with him, that she loved the whole thing. Back then she always was attracted by the bad boys, so it wasn't anything out of the ordinary. He obviously only wanted her for sex, which she did with him twice. One of those times, she don't know exactly how it happened, but they must've weren't protected enough because she fell pregnant and she found out after she took a test that was taken by the suggestion of my friend Juliette.
By this point, she knew of his intentions with her and how he didn't really feel the same way, but she thought that he would at least be supportive of the kid he sired, but that wasn't the case. He turned her and the kid away, crushing her emotionally, but eventually I moved on.
Now, about 7 months along, she's still trying to piece together this garbled up jigsaw puzzle that is her life.
Cait doesn't have a relationship with her family. She hasn't seen them or talked to them since she ran away from home over a year ago. She considered those who live in the boardinghouse her family.
However, she has a son. His name is Ricardo Nathan Adams, and he was born on September 3rd, 2014. She's been in love with him since she found out she was pregnant and is going to be the best mother she can under the circumstances.
|Cait goes way back. Since her creation, I think she's gotten the most development out of like all of my OCs. She's gone from being an overly religious goody-goody to being a reckless party girl who was going down the wrong path to a broken spirited girl who's still fighting to get back to where she was. I love her so much, and I have so many plans for her. She's not going anywhere.|
