| Caroline Cambridge is inactive and can no longer roleplay.
Portrayer's note: She and Dominic are definitely coming back after I sort stuff out, but I'm not in the mood for self-ships right now so she's a no-go for now.
|Caroline Aurora Cambridge|
|Birthday:||January 1, 1997|
|Education:||Senior at HGS|
|Address:||42 Aspen Street, Barfield|
|Relationships:||Dominic Fitzgerald ("boyfriend "; August 6, 2012 -)|
Caroline is a short young lady (5'2"), who wears nothing but heels so you wouldn't really think she is. She has long brown hair that's usually curled, but she does straighten it every now and again. Her eyes are big and brown. She usually likes wearing very professional clothes such as blouses, blazers, and pencil skirts. She also likes wearing suits, and very conservative but stylish dresses at times. She prefers muted colors rather than louder ones. She always wears clear lip gloss and nail polish, and only wears makeup that blends in with her skin tone. She looks like your average politician.
Caroline is a very driven young woman. She's very studious, serious, and honest. She can be very competitive and loves a challenge. She is opinionated and can be very hard to talk to once she sets her mind on something. However, she isn't rude or mean in the slightest. Her smile and laugh are infectious and it's fairly easy for her to light up a room with little effort. She's incredibly sociable and loves talking to people as well.
Caroline was raised to be the perfect mix of her parents - a socialite mother who knows how to charm practically anyone, and a Senate father who played hard and worked even harder.
She was very sheltered and closed off in her early childhood. During this time, because she wasn't allowed any friends, she always picked up different hobbies and sports. When she wasn't being homeschooled or taking her etiquette lessons, she was taking even more classes on archery, violin, piano, and ballet. By the time she was 13, she had mastered all of them.
When she completed 8th grade, she realized that she didn't want to be homeschooled for her high school years. So, they sent her to Harrington Grammar School in her freshman year, only under the condition that she got a private tutor to ensure that she excelled there.
Her family had started struggling throughout her 9th grade year, but she hadn't known that and still doesn't. In order for her father to keep his career from going down the drain, he made a deal with one of his political allies to force Caroline to date his rebellious son and keep him from going completely out of control. This arranged relationship was planned all that school year. This deal kept her father's reputation from suffering any damage.
In 10th grade, she was told that she had to date one of her classmates - Dominic Fitzgerald, a rather popular guy who had a bad-boy aura to him. She didn't want to, but she did so because she couldn't let her parents down. From then on out, she's kept up this "relationship" with Dominic although she doesn't like him at all and vice versa. Now that she has to live with him to make it seem even more authentic, she has to deal with him even more and she doesn't like it. But she's not gonna let that stop her from staying at the top of her game.
Caroline's parents and her have a very strict and professional relationship. While they love each other dearly, they're all too busy working on their own endeavors to be that family you see on television. When they do make time for each other, they have very passive interactions - it's as if they're strangers rather than a family.
She has a lot of friends, but none of them are really important to her.
|Like I said on Dominic's page, a plot idea page gave me the general concept for an arranged relationship due to their families being political allies. However, the depictions for her character were completely different. She was meant to be extremely spoiled and bratty and hard to work with. I turned her into this young powerhouse that is too professional to handle sometimes, although she is probably the nicest young lady you'll ever meet. I love her already and I can't wait to develop her.|
