Cassidy is a short girl who stands at only 5'5". She has long brunette-blonde hair that she occasionally cuts and dyes, and big brown eyes. She puts a little effort into her dress sense, but it's mostly casual wear like blouses and jeans. Sometimes she wears sundresses or skirts. She usually wears light makeup like lipstick or light eyeliner or blush, but not too much to where it's over-the-top.
Cassidy's not very social but she's actually really nice. It's not that she's socially awkward, but it's just that she kinda prefer books to people. She's a bit studious but she admittedly doesn't apply myself the way she should be. She's the kind of girl who is strong-minded and despite her sorta shy persona, she can rise up and fight for what she believes in, so don't think this girl here don't have a backbone.
Cassidy Evans was born in Barfield and was raised here all her life. Her life was pretty simple and it was only getting better as I grew during my childhood until my mom fell pregnant with her little brother when she was 7 years old. She was 6 months along when she went for a checkup and found out that he had died. Afterwards, her and my dad started fighting because her dad blamed her mom for his only son's death. They still fight about the smallest of things to this day. Cassidy just dealt with it while she was growing up.
She was enrolled into Harrington from 7th grade onwards, and she had a good time in school. Her homelife kinda made school a getaway for her and she fell in love with reading because of that. She stayed in the shadows and kinda became a bit antisocial because she liked fictional characters better than actual people, and that stands true to this day.
She graduated from high school about 2 years ago, and she took that as the opportunity to escape her constantly bickering parents. She moved into a quaint little apartment and she started at BCC. She recently started working a bookstore where she still works, and here we are today.
Cassidy's parents argue all the time but don't want to get a divorce because their religion kinda frowns upon that. And, she's supposed to have a younger brother but he died while her mom was pregnant with him. Due to them always arguing, she never built a relationship with either and doesn't talk to them much nowadays.
She's not too big on friends.
Zach Nelson is her only real friend at the moment. He brings her back and forth to work every day since she doesn't have a car and she always buys them lunch as a way to pay him back although he doesn't want her to. They have a very playful relationship where they constantly tease one another and joke around. She's slowly starting to develop feelings for him, but we won't get into that just yet since she doesn't even know it.
Cassidy really loves books. It's why she decided to work at the bookstore (shocker, right?).
She's majoring in journalism at BCC.
Cassidy really likes to cook, but that's more of a side hobby.
She can't sing to save her life, and she has two left feet when it comes to dancing.
She loves taking strolls during her free time, so it's likely you'll see her walking around somewhere when she's not at home reading.
Cassidy was made to be this background sorta girl who isn't too high profile, bjt isn't all shy and awkward either. I feel that she's lived up to that a lot since her creation. She's also a love interest for another character and I love developing their little romance. She definitely has more room for development and I can't wait to see where I go with her.
