Lance is tall and muscular, due to his athletics. His hair is dark brown and left messy. He doesn't put too much time into his appearance, but doesn't neglect it. He wears comfortable clothes and usually a hoodie or leather jacket.
Lance is seen as a stereotypical teenager: rebellious, sarcastic, and easygoing. He's pretty chill and doesn't get ticked off easily. Despite this, he's also competitive. Victory is one of his favorite feelings, but he doesn't let that get in the way of his morals. He can be pretty mischievous and rowdy at times. Academically, he's not the best. He's pretty lazy in that area and doesn't feel like he's gonna make it anywhere. Lance does enjoy athletics, and would prefer that over academics.
Lance was born to his two parents who had just gotten married at the time. His mother was a doctor and his father was a therapist. They were both so caught up with work that they were not around as often as Lance would have liked. Due to both his parents not having much time for him, Lance decided to fill in that time slot with sports, with the encouragement of many of his friends. First, he tried soccer, which was what everyone was doing. Since his friend's dad coached, he had no trouble getting in. Lance enjoyed this at first when he was still in elementary school, but grew tired of the repetitiveness. He later found football, which he fell in love with immediately. He joined teams outside of school, with his parents' consent.
Lance didn't always get the best grades in school. He'd always put his free time ahead of his schoolwork, unlike his sisters who were known by his teachers to have been at the top of their classes. Of course, Lance didn't care one bit and was fully sure that his grades didn't matter. That was until his parents finally noticed. The were convinced that he did this on purpose to catch their attention and so they started paying more attention to him. They tutored him and made sure that his education was a priority. With their help, his grades rose up to average and he was satisfied.
In high school, Lance continued playing football for BHS's team. Once again, he let his grades slip. His parents were not so happy about this, but Lance just brushed them off. During junior year, he had to face reality and work back up. He knew that if he carried on, he wouldn't be able to graduate. Lance studied his butt off for the next two years and managed to graduate with a 2.8 GPA and is now attending Barfield Community College to become a PE coach.
