|Lucas James Ramos|
|Birthday:||August 13, 1995|
|Education:||University of Barfield|
Playing sport from a very young age has had a pretty positive impact on Lucas' body. He's fairly thin, but his body is mostly lean muscle from running a lot. He also has a few tattoos across his body, which he occasionally adds to.
His fashion sense, is generally pretty straightforward. He prefers plain tees, jeans, snapbacks and skater clothes. His hair is also cut pretty short, although it was much longer when he was younger. If he's working out, or just relaxing, it's not uncommon to find him without a shirt on.
If you were to ask anyone to describe Lucas in one word, they'd probably say something along the lines of charismatic or confident, which he is. He's naturally very sociable and he generally tends to find himself in positions of leadership, whether that's in friend groups, sports teams or even just winning the vote of Prom King. He's a very friendly person and he'll start a conversation with anyone, even if that person has expressed their dislike of him.
A lot of other people would describe him as a philanderer and a playboy. He's almost always out at parties, flirting with girls and he's got more than a few casual sexual relationships happening at one time. Despite this, he's still very respectful. He always treats these girls with respect and he makes sure that they both agree to the casual side of the relationship, rather than just running around breaking hearts. It's not that he can't commit, he just doesn't see the point while he's so young.
His most negative traits are that he's very content with things the way they are. Other than his sports, he doesn't have to put in much effort to get anything. He isn't overly motivated to pick up other skills or try hard in his studies. He tends to rely on his parents for money and he's never worked a day in his life. While he isn't the kind of person to brag, he does think that he is somehow above working and making a living like everyone else. He's just waiting on his big break when he gets signed to a professional football team.
Lucas was born in 1995 to Victoria and Joseph Ramos, two wealthy parents who had made a living banking in on their parents' businesses. Lucas also has an older sister named Jasmine, who was born just over a year before he was. For the majority of his childhood, he lived the perfect all-American lifestyle, going out every weekend with his family, playing sports and hanging out with his friends. He had a pet dog named Barney and a cat named Tinkerbell. Up until he was ten, the only bad things that really happened to him were when he broke his leg and had to sit out from sports for two months, and when his grandfather passed away. Other than that, everything else went swimmingly.
Lucas became really adjusted to just getting what he wanted. As a matter of fact, he sort of expected it. He was never rude about it, and he never demanded things, he just always got things. His teachers would describe him as being destined for leadership because he had a natural charisma that meant that for the most part, people always got along with him. Before he had even started his freshman year, he'd already had three 'girlfriends' and he had been asked out by plenty more girls. He was also busy playing in the school sporting teams, and his local football club.
It wasn't until he hit seventh grade that anyone really noticed his grades were starting to slip. He was such an active and outgoing kid, that no one would have ever thought anything wasn't right with him. Unfortunately, he couldn't keep up academically, and as much as he tried to ignore it, the gaps between him and the other kids were becoming obvious. His parents hired a tutor for him, but the tutor was hardly helpful, electing to do the work for him instead of teaching him how to do it. No one really bothered to question it, because his grades were up and he was still representing the school in sporting events.
After he seriously failed his final exams in year 8, he finally admitted to his parents that he couldn't actually read the test questions. His parents took him to see a specialist, who diagnosed him with mild (dyslexia), and taught him some strategies to help him read his work better. They also fired his tutor and hired a new one, who wasn't much better as she was just constantly condescending towards him and always compared him to Jasmine, who was brilliant academically. He started to care less and less about his schoolwork, and instead focused more on his sports, and his friends. On occasion, he would even pay other students to do assignments for him so that his parents didn't ask questions.
He was always incredibly popular in school, as well as being the captain of the football and lacrosse teams. He pretty much always had a relationship, even if that relationship wasn't exactly official. These relationships also didn't last very long, with the longest one lasting six months. When he finally reached his senior year, he got offered a sporting scholarship to Barfield University which would pay for his accomodation and tuition as long as he represented the school in sports and kept his grades up. He quickly agreed to it, thinking that the college experience would be much more fun than staying at home. He also wanted to prove that he wasn't dumber than Jasmine and that he could keep up with her if he wanted to.
He started at BU in the 2014/15 school year, after just barely getting the grades he needed to get his scholarship, where he moved on campus and began soaking up the college lifestyle. He would go out to parties every weekend, and even some weeknights. He threw himself into his training, and if he had any free time after that, he would use it to hook up with girls. He started up a few casual relationships, mostly with girls who wanted the same thing as him. His reputation never really seemed to bother him though, and he started to wear it with pride. He always made sure he was careful not to lead any of those girls on though, as he figured he had his whole future to settle down.
Unfortunately, his carefree ways only got him so far in college, and after failing all of his subjects in his first semester, he received a warning about getting his grades up. The board assigned him a tutor to work with so that he could still participate in sports and pass all of his classes. Since then, he's grown to develop a sort of friendship with his tutor, although she's made it extremely clear that nothing romantic is ever going to happen between them. That still doesn't stop him from playfully joking about it though. He also moved out of college dorms and into an apartment connected to the college at the start of his sophomore year. He was partnered with Avery Dalton-Poletti, who also made it clear that he didn't want anything to do with Lucas. Lucas still doesn't care about his studies all that much, but he knows he has to put in some effort. He hasn't exactly decided what he wants to do, but right now his goal is to become a professional NFL player.
Victoria Ramos: Victoria is Lucas' mother and the co-owner of a hotel chain founded by her parents, and the manager of one of the hotels. She was always a bit of a workaholic, but she made a genuine effort to make sure she could support her kids on the weekends in whatever sporting events they had. For these reasons, Lucas found it much easier to bond with his mother when he was talking about sports, which is why he really tried to impress her.
Avery Dalton-Poletti: Friends is used very loosely here.
