Character(s) involved: Dia Sanchez, Damian Mendez, Marcus Watson, Paloma Sanchez, Nick Watson, and Shay Rivera Moon Hye was born in Seoul, South Korea as the eldest child in the Moon family. Her parents, Sung-ho and Uk, were both very successful in the business world and hoped that their children would be too. After the birth of Hye's brother Seok, her parents began to pay attention to her brother far more than her. They still believed that their daughter could reach and achieve many accomplishments, but they seemed to put their faith into their young son who was only a few years old. As a child, Hye trained in martial arts. She loved being able to learn this skill and found it helped to somewhat relax her and take her away from the world. She soon found a focus in kickboxing, but her parents disapproved of the sport and insisted she have nothing to do with it. Hye listened and continued on, trying to resist the want of fighting. After graduating school, Hye moved from South Korea to the United States. She hoped that being away from her parents and family would help change her life and allow her to be her own person. She attended Lebeaux University in the city of Lebeaux and majored in business. She obtained an internship at a large business after her first year of attending the university. After her graduation, she began to focus on getting a job. She started out in a business in Barfield with a job she hated, but she kept with it in hopes that one day she could be promoted to higher things. Her dreams of being a successful businesswoman without her parents help was all she could hope for. She didn't want to use them to get what she wanted. After a year of working for the company, Hye began to seek out other job opportunities. She also began considering an entrepreneurship, but wasn't certain in what. After thinking for a while, she realized the perfect job opportunity. She learned of people in the Barfield area who were interested in the drug world and she knew the perfect way to important drugs from South Korea to the United States. She began to talk to an old friend in South Korea who helped her out with importing the drugs. Soon enough, Hye began to start her own little underground drug business. It was slow at first, but slowly began to kick off as more people became interested. Customers loved that her drugs were high quality, but they hated the expensive prices. She would claim it was worth the prices and they customers would agree and buy more and more. Once her business became more well-known, Hye began to go by the alias of Rita Han, a woman from a small village in South Korea. She began to hire new people to work for her and slowly disappeared from the actual selling and importing of drugs. Hye was rarely ever involved with the drugs because she didn't want to get her hands dirty. She also kept her business very small. The last thing she needed was it to be something huge in the area and the police find out about it and come after her. Her business only reached out in Barfield, Blackwood Mountain, Miduna Beach, Lebeaux, and a few other small cities and towns in the area. As her business grew, Hye decided to turn the whole thing into a monopoly. She did not have use for little business in the area to take away her customers. She was going to be the one in charge and she was not going to allow anyone else to be. She slowly began to rid herself of competition. At first, other drug lords would ignore her warnings and things would end badly for them. As word of her tactics spread, drug lords began to listen to her and wouldn't even try to fight for their business. They didn't want to end up dead like those before them. After becoming one of the few drug lords in the area, Hye began to pride herself with everything she was doing. She had also received promotions at work and was the new sales manager. With a high paying job, she decided to buy a penthouse in Barfield to live in. She had been living in a little apartment for a while, but knew that with her drug business she could have afforded more. However, she didn't want to make it too obvious that she was obtaining money from something other than her regular job. |

As we all know, major shit goes down in Hye's final rp. Basically, I say that she managed to escape arrest when the cops broke into the warehouse. However, one of her henchman, who knew her actual name and such, was arrested. They got him to talk and he told them exactly who Rita Han was. They couldn't find her at her penthouse, which she had been avoiding since running away. But they did finally find her after a few days and she was arrested.
In about six or so years, Hye is in jail and doing a bunch of nothing. One day Hye ends up dead thanks to rat poison in her food. I'm not saying Damian, who rises to lots of power in drug land, had anything to do with it, but he might have hired someone to kill her. No one can trace it back to him though, so who knows, right? |
