Ocacia has naturally wavy blonde hair and green eyes. She wears simple outfits like a simple T-shirt and jeans, nothing ever really fancy. Ocacia feels most comfortable wearing the least possible, an outfit like that would consist of shorts and a simple t-shirt. Ocacia feels less comfortable when she has tons of clothing on top of her, weighing her down.
Ocacia is a very introverted person. Ocacia grew up in a small home, a small neighborhood, and was never all that fortunate. This made Ocacia feel like she’s less than other people. The older she grew, the lesser she felt. Ocacia was eventually formed into a not too social person. She doesn’t talk much in fear of rejection. Because she doesn’t talk that often to people she doesn’t know, her social skills aren’t too good. When someone who Ocacia wouldn’t expect to talk to her talks to her, Ocacia is often instantly defensive and a bit adversarial. Ocacia doesn’t like being this way and she’s beginning to realize it’s probably not healthy but it’s hard for her to escape this way of acting.
However, the real Ocacia is a pretty funny and witty girl. She likes to laugh and likes to have fun. Ocacia can only really act like this around her father and close friends.
Ocacia was born in 1999 to Jamie and Kaya Marcus. Her two parents got married when her mom was pregnant with her. Ocacia had a happy life and loved her parents. She was a talkative girl and liked to make friends with anyone/everyone, despite the fact that her family was on welfare.
When Ocacia turned 4 years old, her mother died in a car crash. It felt like a part of Ocacia’s life had been ripped away from her. Ocacia didn’t exactly understand the idea of death but when she saw her father come home from work early crying, something told her it was about her mom. It wasn’t until a few days later that her father actually told her what happened. And none of that really sunk into Ocacia until a few weeks later when she realized her mother really was not coming back. Ocacia went into a whirlwind of depression, tantrums, cries, etc. Her father even considered taking Ocacia to a psychotrist because it got so bad, but unfortunately, he didn’t have the money.
Ocacia had gotten much better by the time she was 7 years old. But, things got bad again for her when a lawsuit was put on her dad. Jamie had teenage kids from a previous relationship, Ocacia’s half siblings who she never really saw and never was close to but Jamie visited them often. Their mother had suspected that Jamie was touching them inappropriately. Jamie had to go through many court orders and couldn't see those children during the duration of the case. When Ocacia had just turned 8, she was taken away from her father and had to live with a host family because of his conviction and the court could not be sure if he was abusing Ocacia or not. This was one of the worst moments for Ocacia. She did not understand completely what was going on but she knew that being away from her father and with people she barely knew was awful and she cried everyday, even threw tantrums. Jamie fought his hardest in court. Within a month, Ocacia was back with her father who was given little charges. Ocacia never knew if her father was guilty or not but she knew that he loved her and would never do anything to hurt her.
As Ocacia grew older, she began to understand more of her life, that her family wasn’t all that well off, that her father, even though he loved her, couldn’t be the perfect father everyone else’s could, that she didn’t have a mom to guide her into her teenage years. This made Ocacia feel like she was lesser than others and she tried her best to hide her life from others. She would lie up a mess to her friends but this never worked and it always left her friendless.
Now, Ocacia is a very introverted girl who does not socialize often in fear of rejection. She feels most comfortable around her close childhood friends and her dad.
Jamie Marcus - Jamie is her dad who she is super close to. They enjoy spending time together but they don't always get to spend that much time because her dad works a late job. Ocacia loves him and he loves her.
Most of Ocacia's few friends don't live near her. She doesn't really have any school or town friends so she doesn't spend much time with friends.
Ocacia is a pretty creative girl and she likes coming up with different ideas for all kinds of things.
Ocacia hates reading.
I made Ocacia for a few reasons. Originally she was just for another one of my OCs but the more I developed her the more attached I became to her. I can relate to her in not direct ways but with the same concept. I'm looking forward to roleplaying her.
