Spencer has a triangular face and a pale complexion. His hair is a dark brown and his eyes are a piercing blue. He has curly hair that he likes to have it parting to a side, and pointing upwards. Spencer is pretty lanky. He is slim and tall. He stopped growing at about 5'8" (1.73 m).
As for clothing style, Spencer usually wears shirts a few sizes too big and sweatshirts. His shirts are usually baggy. He likes for his shirts to have words on them, or for them to be colorful and aesthetically pleasing. Spencer is nearly always sporting skinny jeans, as well. He wears black the most during wintertime, but it is not a rare sight for him to be in black during the summer, either.
Spencer Reynolds is not someone that people would describe as an easygoing guy. He is prone to getting tense and nervous at doing things that most people would find minor. He is very sensitive; he takes criticism to heart. He tries his hardest to help other people out, so that they can have a good opinion on him. He is very reliable, but to the point where he inconveniences himself for the sake of others. He is very caring, but Spencer also craves love and affection, a need that usually comes with human nature.
Spencer loves jokes and humor. He believes that laughter- after crying and actual medicine- is good therapy. He adores the feeling of accomplishment he gets when he gets people to laugh. He is not good at being funny when he tries too hard, but when it is natural, he can be hilarious.
Often, Spencer is complimented on how humble he is. In order to maintain that humility, he tends to put himself down and not truly appreciate his skills. Years and years of this have made Spencer insecure about his talents. He never steps back to truly admire what he has done.
Spencer has been known to get emotionally attached to objects and people. In new environments, he loves having a sense of familiarity with said someone or something. He does not like being a bother or being perceived as needy, so when he is questioning whether or not he is being annoying, he distances himself from them. Very rarely, if that person is someone he really doesn't want to be detached from, he will ask them himself.
Spencer Reynolds was born during early 1997 in a small city near Miduna Beach. His dad wasn't there for his birth, since he was working in the army. Spencer grew up in a loving and liberal home. His dad visited whenever he was on leave, and his visits were always emotional and happy times for the family.
When Spencer was young, his father was discharged from the military. His dad was a bit skeptical about his wife's new political beliefs, but Mrs. Reynolds educated him on feminism, and after a while, he understood it and accepted it.
They seemed to be a perfect family. Spencer was pampered and loved, being the only child. The Reynolds were not rich, but they lived comfortably. Then, Spencer's dad fell ill when he was nine. His illness was incurable at the time, so they just tried to make the most of the time he had left.
When Spencer was twelve, he sat next to his dad on his death bed. In tears, he had a heart-to-heart with his dad, and shared everything with him, stuff that he had never told anyone. No one else was in the room, but he told his dad how much he loved him and said goodbye. Thanks to the talk they had, he has closure on his dad's death.
Spencer noticed how deeply the death of his dad affected his mother. She seemed to not be as happy as she once was. He tried to help out as much as he could, and pretty soon, he was taking care of his mom almost as much as she was taking care him. This period lasted about two years, until a relative recommended counseling for her.
Knowing that Spencer probably wouldn't be able to handle a public school, he attended private schools all of his life. This kept him safe from intense bullying. Slight bullying at his school, which went from pre-school to high school, could result in suspensions, so the worst he ever had to go through over there was being rudely talked to.
Spencer graduated high school in 2015. He is now studying at a university in Miduna Beach, and he is majoring in medical science. Since his house is in another city, he lives on campus.
Right now, Spencer has his mom, his aunties, uncles and his cousins to call his family. Spencer's family members are pretty crazy, loud, and wacky. His older cousins would make him serve them, and he used to get stuck babysitting the younger ones. Spencer loves them all, even with their strange quirks. They are always supporting him no matter what.
Spencer's dad passed away when he was twelve, but it's not something that he gets upset over. They had a three hour talk the day that he died.
Spencer has a few close friends.
